I am a freelance writer who lives in New York with his wife, son and insane cat. My likes: Baseball, books, drawing (I’ll be illustrating a lot of my own blog posts), pizza, and music.
How did I come up with the name “A Deafinitive View?” Well, I was brainstorming about how to tie in my severe hearing-impairment into the title – that’s my hearing aid that I’m looking through in the picture above. Of course, the idea for this name came in the place where I do my best thinking: the shower. Part of it was inspired by the David Gilmour song, “It’s Deafinitely.”
So, “A Deafinitive View” it is. I’ll only be touching on my hearing-impairment every now and then – probably to gripe about how much I hate the telephone. Text and e-mail for life.
